We offer specialised services in the simulation of fibre-reinforced tunnel linings, leveraging our expertise in fracture propagation using both FEM and FDEM. Our approach enables the accurate representation of crack initiation and propagation in fibre-reinforced concrete (FRC) structures, providing valuable insights into the serviceability and ultimate limit state behaviour of tunnel linings. By simulating discrete fractures, we capture the complex interaction between fibres and the concrete matrix, improving the accuracy of stress redistribution predictions compared to traditional continuum methods. Our work has been validated through real-world case studies, demonstrating our capability to enhance tunnel lining designs, optimise performance, and mitigate failure risks.
